As a speaker at the Andean region panel, Ms. Sandra Orihuela shared key trends in Peru, Ecuador & Colombia, focusing on individual vs. corporate liability, the need to revisit profile risks and the reality of compliance enforcement in the Latin American region in spite of cross-border collaboration on bribery cases between regional prosecutors.
